Awakening Leadership
In practice, I experienced leaders in numerous organizations and countries. I studied leadership theories, and then wrote my doctoral dissertation on how practice and theory meet. These four decades of practice and study produced the XLQ model below.
For the last few decades I have mentored and trained people in hundreds of organizations, in multiple countries, on how to lead in the 21st century, and refined the XLQ model.
An example of organizations I have provided training to are the United Nations, the NSA, the US Army, Cisco Systems, McDonalds, British Petroleum, General Motors, Abbot Labs, and Rolls Royce.

My view is that a leader inspires people to follow them, and inspires them to achieve things that dared not try before. Each person chooses whom to follow based on their genetics and socialization.
One such leader is Nelson Mandela. His birth name was Rolihlahla or “shaking the tree branch,” a phrase meaning some kind of troublemaker. Or, in my words, someone who is fearless, and empathetic.

I have decades of global business expertise in alternative dispute resolution, and have provided ADR services (alternative dispute resolution) to a multiple organizations. For one, I assisted in negotiating and resolving over a billion US$ in old disputes.
My expertise includes advocacy preparation for ADR, arbitration, litigation, and expert testimony. I have been an arbitrator on the Panel of Neutrals for the American Arbitration Association and the International Center for Dispute Resolution for about three decades, serving on both commercial and large complex cases.
I can help you to avoid disputes, repair relationships damaged by disputes, and as a last resort resolve disputes efficiently.

Public Speaking
Speaking in public is a skill that requires experience, and I have been providing edutainment for diverse audiences for over two decades.
