These are conventional books and journals.   There is a brief description about the book, and an image of the cover which will link you to the publishers webpage.

My first book, published in Germany.  It is about leadership in a diverse global environment.  How people choose whom they follow.  It introduces the XLQ Model

I wrote this book while attempting to ignore the lack of project management happening around me.  It blends the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) with practical global experience

My friend Alejandro Arroyo and I combined our global experiences on a half dozen continents for this one.  It is about what happens when organizations ignore global consulting expertise.  The focus is on endeavors in very difficult physical environments.
