I was educated at Vanderbilt University, Duke University, and RMIT University for my doctorate.  I have designed and taught scores of undergraduate, MBA, and PhD courses at a dozen Universities and one college.  You can find the details of my experience in my CV.  Currently I am Chair for Strategy and Systems Thinking, and serve on the Board for Transcontinental University & Transcontinental Institute, am Chief of Creativity, and a Professor of Leadership.

Like with my Organizational Education courses, I have experience in person, on line, and hybrid.  My student rankings are always above 90%, and I have the reputation for engaging, stimulating, and enhancing the knowledge of students.  I have also mentored dozens of lMBA and PhD students, and have served on dissertation review panels.

I also have experience in the design and shepherding of an accreditation program for a Korean Institution for AACSB, and for supporting the accreditation processes in the USA, and in Malta for the EU.
